Q: What is the earliest I can Bank my week?
A: Once you have paid your Maintenance and Taxes for the year you wish to Bank, but no more than two years out.
Q: What is the latest I can Bank my week?
A: If you are a Fixed Owner, you must Bank your week 14 days prior to your start date for your week. A: If you are a Float Owner, you must Bank your week at least 14 days prior to a week that is available to you that falls within your season.
Q: Once I Bank my week with an Exchange company, how long is do I have to use my week.
A: You have two years until your week expires with the Exchange company.
Q: Can I Bank my week for this year, but use it for next year?
A: Yes, as long as the Exchange company you Bank with has the availability.
Owner FAQ's
Q: If I am a Float Owner and own a Saturday arrival, can I come in on a Sunday arrival and visa versa?
A: Yes
Q: Can I upgrade my unit for this year only?
A: Yes, however depending on the season you own, there would be an additional charge (at a owner's discount) for the unit type you are trying to upgrade to, or you can Bank your week with an Exchange company and see if the unit you wish to have is available. There will also be an exchange fee with the exchange company.
Q: Do you have an Owner Rental Program?
A: Yes. If you choose to Rent your week, Oak Plantation Resort will try to rent the unit, but it is not guaranteed. In the event your week is rented, you will receive 50% of what monies were received. This can be applied to your Maintenance and Taxes if you decide, and must be noted when renting your week.
Q: How can I pay my Maintenance & Taxes?

Q: I am not going to use my week, however I am sending guests instead, is that okay?
A: Yes, however you need an authorization letter from the owner stating the guest's name, address, and telephone number along with a signature from the owner. Guests will need to provide ID upon check in. You can mail a letter to 4090 Enchanted Oaks Circle, Kissimmee, Florida 34741, or faxed to 407-518-8900.
