My daughter had a great time in the pool.....she still talks about it and cannot wait to return. We are all coming back in November 2006...all 4 of my kids this time. "I wanted to express our thoughts w/ Oak Plantation. We were there for a week in August of 07' and have to say we enjoyed our stay. The resort is very laid back and relaxing. Our kids had a great time in the pool(s) and hot tub ~ as did we! We were lucky enough to take a tour of the grounds and had a wonderful rep show us around ... loved it and yes we did make a purchase. Look forward to seeing you Summer 08' ... I would highly recommend stayn at Oak Plantation if you can!"

"We recently took a vacation to Oak Plantation Resort, it was a wonderful place, very laid back, everything was clean and neat, staff was very friendly. Rooms had all the necessary items. even had a little waher/dryer combo unit in the kitchen area, so I came home with clean clothes ! kitchen was equipped with coffee maker, blender, all the silverware/knives plates, salad bowls, drink glasses, refrig. had a auto. ice maker. WARM towels were available at the pool area. was walking distance to everything ! stores, resaurants, etc. but it still had a country atmosphere.. the bathroom had two doors, one leading into the bedroom, the other door in the kitchen/livingroom area.. so it gave plenty of privacy. to everyone.. It was a great vacation.. and I definately would recommend Oak plantation resort.. to all.. very very pleasant place to stay.. I must close now.. or I will have to book another vacation there, and we have only been home two wks !"
